Passwords are never viewable. Founder Admin can securely invite, suspend, restore, and remove employees. Sales Agents now receive a dedicated pipeline workspace for assigned prospects, demos and follow-ups, while Founder Admin retains team-wide visibility.

Sales Agents can create demos and access only prospects/customers assigned to them. They cannot see company-wide revenue, team administration, or integration secrets.
On localhost this saves a pending invite only. On the hosted Control Center, Founder Admin sends a secure email invitation that the employee opens on their own device.

The salesperson or account owner responsible for this prospect. Sales Agents will only see demos and accounts assigned to them in the production system.
Ava accepts the owner’s preferred label instead of correcting them.
This is the exact greeting Auxentra will pass to Ava for this demo. Edit it however you want, or use the suggested greeting based on the owner and communication style.
Complete is the default sales demo. It lets a prospect experience the strongest version first. Switch to Core or Plus only when you intentionally want the demo limited to that package.
When Core or Plus is selected, unavailable features can stay visible as clearly labeled upgrade previews. Turn this off to hide them completely.
Describe the look naturally — for example “forest green and white.” Auxentra detects common color words automatically, and you can override the accent below.

Employee invitations
Secure employee invitations are now available from Team & Permissions on the hosted Control Center. Founder Admin chooses the role and territory; the employee completes account setup from their own device.
Employee lifecycle verified: secure invite, activation, sign-in, suspension and permanent removal have passed. V0.22 hardens invitation activation across slower devices and in-app browsers while keeping the Sales Agent workspace live. Shopify remains intentionally deferred until the pilot owner authorizes access.

Download an emergency metadata snapshot as an additional recovery layer. Production cloud records and private files remain stored separately from the front-end website.
Backup rule: this export is an emergency copy, not the long-term production backup system. Production will use automated database backups, separate storage backups and periodic encrypted offline archives.
